Privacy Protocol
AccessBio handles biological data of unusual sensitivity. Our privacy protocol describes — in plain language — what we collect, where it lives, who can access it and how to request its destruction.
What we collect
Identity and contact data, biological samples and their derived data (genomic, methylomic, proteomic, metabolomic), the clinical history you choose to share, and platform usage data necessary to deliver the service.
Where it lives
Records are partitioned by region of residence, encrypted at rest and in transit, and processed only within the jurisdictions in which they were collected.
Who can access it
Your designated care team. No third party — including marketing partners, research collaborators or affiliates — receives identifiable member data without explicit, granular consent.
Your rights
Members can request full export or verified destruction of their data at any time. Destruction is completed within 30 days and independently audited.
