AccessBio membership is governed by terms that prioritize the member relationship and the integrity of the clinical model. The full document is provided at application and again at onboarding.
Membership
Membership is annual, by application, and non-transferable. Cancellation is honored at any time; pro-rated refunds for unused months are issued across all tiers.
Clinical responsibility
AccessBio coordinates care; clinical responsibility rests at all times with the licensed practitioner administering treatment in your jurisdiction.
Disputes
Disputes are handled first by a named member-care lead. Unresolved disputes are escalated to confidential mediation before any other forum.
